At first I thought before coming into this thing, who does Luke Lowrey think he is talking all this nonsense calling himself he undisputed best teacher of vertical leap training? I thought this was plain BS.

Was I wrong.

Not only did I learn about the different training methods I can use but the 2nd hour of questions completely related to me. I don't think anyone could have expected anything better than this. All this considering I missed about 1 hour everyday of the presentation. Not only that but, I learned how nutrition played a key role in vertical jump training. Not once have I ever heard this before, considering I have talked to at least 10 different speed and vertical trainers
