1) Document All
Workouts Performed During The 60 Days

"A 15-week prescribed
sample workout is given to you as part of the "Double Your Vertical Leap"
software (Volume 3). Simply document your workouts in a journal, giving each
workout a page. I understand if you sometimes miss a workout, that's OK -

2) Document
Implementation Of Window Plan During 60 Days

document how you have followed The Window Plan to address post-workout
anabolic recovery (Volume 2). You don't have to have followed it exactly to
the letter - we just need to see that for the duration of your workouts, you
did your best to reasonably follow it. Again... simple stuff.
... Document your
workouts and your Window Plans in two separate notepads or binder books (see
below). They are cheap and you can find them in any office supply store.
More importantly, this process will teach you how to organize your workouts
and will assist in preventing you from failing yourself, too."

Physician's/Doctor's Medical Clearance.
Also, include a medical release
form or letter from your local physician/doctor, dated near to the date that you
commenced implementing our vertical leap training system, stating that you
were physically capable of performing our regime. This is
